► During transport in another vehicle, the power wheel­
chair must be secured sufficiently with cargo straps.
Only attach the cargo straps to the corresponding
transportation eyelets and specified tie-down points.
NOTICE
Improper transport
Risk of damage to the power wheelchair
► Ensure that the seat is lowered all the way and the
backrest is in a vertical position prior to loading and for
transporting the power wheelchair.
► Only use sufficiently large hoisting devices to transport
the power wheelchair (see section "Technical Data" for
the weight of the power wheelchair).

6.13.2 Reducing the transportation size

1) Remove the footrests (see Page 18).
2) Remove the side panels and place them on the seat sur­
face (see Page 18).
3) Fold the backrest forward and onto the seat surface.
Folding down the backrest without back angle
adjustment
1) Pull the release strap until the locking bolts are free (see
Fig. 37).
2) Manually fold the backrest forward and onto the seat
surface.

1) Push the lever (see Fig. 38, item 1) at the back of the
backrest to the back.
2) Remove the cross bolt at the lower end of the gas com­
pression spring from the bracket (see Fig. 38, item 2).
3) Fold the backrest forward and onto the seat surface.
