Drive Motor Lubricant

• Allow machine to cool off before servicing. Drive components are very hot after
operation and may pose a burn hazard.
• Dispose of drained fluid properly.

track and roller (A) is between 30mm and
40mm (1.18 and 1.57 in) with roller swing
horizontal.
Changing Track
Install track when it derails.
1. Park machine on a level surface.
2. Lift one side of track by jacking up or hoisting
machine.
3. Loosen adjuster valve a little to reduce
pressure inside adjuster cylinder.
4. When sufficiently depressurized, remove
valve.
5. Push idler fork in.
6. First put track on the sprocket-side, then put
it around idler.
7. Install valve. Make sure not to jam o-ring.
Tighten it securely.
8. Adjust track tension.
