Description
Cooling fan, duct, and cover shall be free of
cracks, damage, or deformation.
Mounting bolts and nuts on cooling fan, duct,
and covers shall not be loose or missing.
Charge system is working correctly.
Battery electrolyte level shall be correct.
Terminals shall be free of marked corrosion
and are tightly secured.
Connections shall be securely connected.
Wiring shall be free of damages.
Drive the machine forward and backward,
turn left and right in both directions; machine
shall move normally and free of irregular
noise or overheating.
Hydraulic fluid shall be filled to a proper
level, clean and free of dirt or contamination.
There shall be no fluid leaks in or around
fluid tank.
Shall be free of cracks, defromation, or
excessive wear.
Irregular noise or overheating shall not be
observed from axles when traveling.
Mounting bolt or nut shall not be loose or
missing.
There shall be no oil leak in or around axle.
Roller swings shall follow terrain smoothly
when running.
Shall be sufficiently lubricated.
Steel cord shall not be cut or markedly
damaged.
R u b b e r s h a l l n o t b e m a r k e d l y c u t ,
deteriorated, or worn.
Track core shall not be missing or damaged.
Track shall be properly tensioned; shall not
be too loose or too tight.
