Track adjuster shall work normally when

filled with a proper amount of grease.
Adjuster
There shall not be cracks, deformation,
damage, or excessive wear on wear parts. In
case of a possible crack, use flaw detector to
Track Frame
check.
Mounting bolts and nuts shall not be loose or
missing.
Parking brake shall be able to hold the
Parking Brake
machine on a 20-degree slope.
There shall be no leak in or around joints or
seals between hydraulic pump and pipes or
hoses.
No irregular vibration, noise, or heat shall
be observed when hydraulic pump is in
operation.
Hydraulic
Amount and pressure of discharge under
Pump
load shall be within the standard range
specified by the manufacturer.
*this may be skipped if irregular vibration,
noise, or heat described above is not
observed.
Plumbing shall be free of cracks, damage,
twists, or deterioration.
There shall be no leaks in pipes, hoses,
joints, or seals.
Plumbing
Plumbing shall be mounted properly, and
fastening bolts and nuts shall not be loose or
missing.
Shall work smoothly.
There shall be no leaks when extending or
contracting cylinder.
Extend hydraulic cylinder fully under load
and hold. Stroke shall be within the range

specified by manufacturer.
Cylinders
Cylinder tube and rod shall be free of dents,
cracks, bends, or scratches.
Cylinder mounting pins shall be free of
damage or excessive wear.
