Drive Train

• Stop engine when servicing drive train.

Track

• When jacking up machine, hold machine with jack stands securely. Use jack
stands with sufficient load rating.
• Projection hazard: track adjuster cylinder is highly pressurized. When
loosening valve, loosen gradually, or valve can shoot off. Also avoid
positioning your body directly against valve or put your head near it.
• Make certain to adjust track tension properly. Inproperly tensioned tracks may
wear or come off, resulting in property damage, serious injury or death.
• Track stretches during its use-life. Inspect and adjust regularly.
• Track is heavy. Handle with care.

Park machine on a level surface.
Lift one side of track by jacking up or hoisting
machine. Make sure track is parallel to the
ground from the side.
Undo 2 bolts to remove adjuster valve cover.
Attach grease gun to adjuster valve. Inject
grease to tighten track.
