To set up an inbound dial plan
1. Go to Call Routing > Inbound > Inbound.
2. Click New.
3. Configure the following:

Select to activate this dial plan.
Select the trunks of the incoming calls that are subject to this dial
plan.
Select the trunks in the Available field and click -> to move them
into the Selected field.
