Scan Using the Control Panel

Set Up a Group

You can register up to 20 groups. Each group can have up to 15 email addresses.
NOTE
Before setting up a group, you need to register more than one email address.

Swipe left or right, or press d or c to display Scan 2.

Press to E-mail Server.

Press Address Book.

Press Edit.

Press Setup Groups.

Press Name.

Enter a group name and then press OK.

Press Add/Delete.

Press a or b until you find the email address you want to add to the group.

Press the email address and then OK.

Press OK.

Change a Group

You can rename a group, add an email address to the group and delete an email address from the group.

Press to E-mail Server.

Press Address Book.

Press Edit.

Press Change.

Press a or b until you find the group you want to change.

Press the group name.

Do one of the following:
 If you want to rename the group, go to step 9.
 If you want to add an email address to the group, go to step A.
 If you want to delete an email address from the group, go to step A.
