Using a rotary tool and a cutting disk and cut the marked location just a little
longer than the hook and loop strap width.

Drill a 3/8-inch diameter hole for ignition wires. Start from smaller bits and
increase one size at a time.

Install a rubber grommet with ID of 3/8-inch.
