Monogram letters in memory

S titch es, letters and num bers can be
p rogram m ed, saved and co rrected in
mem ory.
The m em ory has a cap acity of 1023
stitch es th at can be divided into 255
m em ory segm ents or banks. The
m em ory banks are as large as re q u ir­
ed, depending on the num ber of
stitch es th at are saved in each one.
The m em ory is long-term , i.e.
co n ten ts rem ain saved until th ey are
deleted or o v e rw ritte n . Power
d isco n n ectio n s or long periods of
non-use do not have any effe ct on
the m em ory co n ten ts.
Alphabets/Memory
For alphabet example, refer to the
artista 180 Sewing Manual, page 43.
A ny alte ratio n s to stitch length,
stitch w id th , and needle position
should be made
en tering the
b e f o r e
stitch into memory.
In co n trast to the stitch m enu,
selected stitch es are show n turn ed
90° co u nter clo ckw ise in the m em ory
bar. The sew ing direction is alw ays
from left to right on the m em ory bar.
