Straight stitch with long stitch
function
• press the extern al q u ilt/directio n al
button
• touch the 16 direction symbol
• select straig h t stitch
• activate the long stitch fu n ctio n -
every third stitch w ill be sew n
Note: W ith o u t the long stitch
fu n ctio n , the needle hesitates to
a llo w fo r the m ovem ent of the
fa b ric, stitch in g every third stitch .
W hen the long stitch fu n ctio n is
a ctivated , the needle w ill hesitate
fo r 9 stitch es.
Straight stitch in memory
• press the extern al q u ilt/directio n al
button
• touch the 16 direction symbol
• open the m em ory by pressing the
extern al mem button
• if the m em ory bank displayed is not
em pty, touch mem to access the
mem ory storage screen
• select an em pty bank (ind icated by
a w h ite space)
• touch OK to confirm the selection
• select straig h t stitch
• select the desired direction by using
the curved arrow s in the cen ter of
the screen
