7-39 CHASSIS
◉ INSPECTION
Inspect the rear shock absorber for damage and
oil leakage. If any defects are found, replace the rear
shock absorber with a new one.
CAUTION
Do not attempt to disassemble the rear shock
absorber. It is unserviceable.
◉ REMOUNTING
● Install the rear shock absorber and tighten the bolts
and nuts to the specified torque.

◉ SPRING PRE-LOAD ADJUSTMENT
● Adjust the rear shock absorber spring pre-load.

WARNING
Unequal suspension adjustment can cause poor
handling and loss of stability.
Adjust the right and left shock absorber to the
same settings.
: 20~30 N∙ ∙ m (2.0~3.0 kg∙m)
: 35~55 N∙ ∙ m (3.5~5.5 kg∙m)
