Asian Spiced Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
5 Pounds chicken wings
1/2 Cup soy sauce
1/2 Cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 Cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon dry sherry
2 Teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Cup hoisin sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

DIRECTIONS
1. Pat the chicken wings with paper towels until dry.
2. Broil the chicken wings for 10 minutes on each side, or
until browned.
3. Transfer the chicken wings to the Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker.
4. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar,
ketchup, sherry, ginger and garlic. Drizzle over the
chicken wings and toss to coat.
5. Cover; Cook by choosing your Food Type and
Ready At Time*.
6. Remove the wings from the stoneware, place on a serving
platter, and reserve ¼ cup of the juices in the Crock-Pot®
Slow Cooker. Discard the remaining juices.
7. Combine the reserved juice with the hoisin sauce and
lime juice. Stir to blend and drizzle the sauce over the
chicken wings.
