Thai Chicken

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 Pounds chicken pieces
1 Cup hot salsa
1/4 Cup peanut butter
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 Cup peanuts, chopped
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Hot cooked rice (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Place chicken in Crock-Pot® slow cooker. Mix
together salsa, peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce
and ginger in small bowl; pour over chicken.
2. Cover, Cook by choosing your Food Type and
Ready At Time*.
3. Serve over rice, if desired, topped with sauce, pea-
nuts and cilantro.

MANUAL MODE COOK TIME:
3-4 hours or until done on HIGH
8-9 hours or until done on LOW
