INGREDIENTS
1 Pound sausage, cooked, sliced
2 Cups boiled ham, diced
2 Onions, chopped
2 Stalks celery, sliced
1/2 Green pepper, diced
28 Ounces whole tomatoes,
canned
1/4 Cup tomato paste
3 Teaspoons garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon parsley, minced
1/2 Teaspoon thyme
2 Whole cloves
2 Tablespoons salad oil
1 Cup converted rice
1 Pound shrimp, cooked

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients except shrimp in slow cooker.
2. Cover; Cook by choosing your Food Type and
Ready At Time*.
3. Thirty minutes before serving, turn to High and
add shrimp.
