COOLING SYSTEM
22. Bleed the air from the cooling system.
23. Inspect:

Cooling system
Decrease of pressure (leaks) → Repair as
required.
Inspection steps:
•
Attach the cooling system tester 1 to the coolant
filler 2.
Cooling system tester:
90890-01325, YU-24460-01
•
Apply 100 kPa (1.0 kg/cm
•
Measure the pressure with the gauge.
Air bleeding
1. Remove:
•
Seat (VX600ER/SX600/VT600)
•
Rear bumper cover 1 (VT600)
•
Bleed bolt cap 1 (MM600)
