INSTALLATION

NOTE:
After installing all parts, refer to "CABLE ROUTING"
in CHAPTER 9, to check the cable, lead and hose
routings.
1. Fasten:
•
Carburetor heating hose 2 1
NOTE:
Fasten the carburetor heating hose 2 with a clamp 2
at the white mark a.
2. Bleed:
•
Cooling system
Refer to "COOLING SYSTEM" in CHAPTER 2.
3. Adjust:
•
Starter cable free play
Refer to "STARTER (CHOKE) CABLE FREE
PLAY ADJUSTMENT" in CHAPTER 2.
4. Adjust:
•
Throttle cable free play
Refer to "THROTTLE CABLE FREE PLAY
ADJUSTMENT" in CHAPTER 2.
