Dialing
The Dialing Properties applet is used to create dialing locations and
set dialing options to connect to a service provider or remote
computer.
Display
The Display Properties applet has several tabs controlling different
display features. Each tab has features allowing you to change
different appearance options of your Windows CE desktop. The
Background tab gives you options for the desktop background image
(the default is None).
