CYLINDER HEAD GASKET
INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD
Install a new gasket to the intake manifold.
Install the intake manifold and throttle body assembly with
the 2 brackets, 4 bolts and 2 nuts. Uniformly tighten the
bolts and nuts in several passes.
Torque: 30 N⋅m (306 kgf⋅cm, 22 ft⋅lbf)
Connect the 2 vacuum hoses to the intake manifold.
Connect the 2 water hoses to the throttle body.
INSTALL CHAIN SUB–ASSY
Set No. 1 cylinder to TDC/compression.

Turn the hexagonal wrench head portion of the
camshafts, and align the point marks of the cam-
shaft timing sprockets.
(2)
Using a crankshaft pulley bolt, turn the crankshaft
and set the set key on the crankshaft upward.
Install the timing chain on the crankshaft timing sprocket
with the yellow color link aligned with the timing mark on
the crankshaft timing sprocket.
Using SST, install the crankshaft timing sprocket.
