It is possible that the toner may have
become caked. In order to loosen it, tap
the cartridge at least 10 times.

Holding the toner cartridge upright, shake
it about 10 times.

Fit the edge of the cartridge base (which
has two arrows) into the slit on the rear
side of the toner hopper entrance and then
set the cartridge upright.

Slide the handle toward the front until it
comes to a stop.
