Speaker Volume

Press the (System) button.

Select the Tools tab, and then select Admin Settings.

Select Fax Settings.

Select Fax Line Settings.

Select Line Monitor.

Select the desired volume, and then select OK.

Reboot the printer by turning the power switch off and then on.

Ringer Volume

Press the (System) button.

Select the Tools tab, and then select Admin Settings.

Select Incoming Defaults.

Select Ring Tone Volume.

Select the desired volume, and then select OK.
