Does the tray's spring-loaded paper stop, at the front of the tray, travel
up and down freely?

Determine if the paper feed roller spring pressure is unbalanced. Are
the compression springs at each end of the rollers dislocated or
stretched and therefor provide uneven pressure at each end of the
roller?

Is the paper clamp operating correctly? Is it clean?

Is there an obstacle blocking the paper path?

Does the pick-up roller pick up evenly? Is it clean?

Is the media excessively curled?

Are you using an appropriate type of media – a type the printer can
handle?
