Group Dialing

Group Dialing enables you to scan an original once, and send it to several locations. This is
useful if you frequently send the same document to several locations. With Group Dialing, you
can register up to 200 fax numbers.
NOTE
• Sending a document to a number of destinations at the same time is called "Sequential Broadcast
Sending."
• A maximum of 256 destinations can be specified at the same time. (Out of the 256 destinations, 64 new
addresses can be specified.) If you specify a group, which is made up of several destinations, each
destination is counted as a separate address.
