Using a Memory Box

This section shows you how to use the memory features of the fax unit.
A memory box is a location in the memory where you can store scanned or received documents
for printing or transmitting to other destinations.

It is necessary to preset a memory box according to its use, then register the necessary items including
the password, subaddress, and RX password.
NOTE
To set each memory box, press
Settings]. (See "Setting Memory Boxes," on p. 5-44.)

Scanning Originals

If you use a Batch Sending Memory Box, the original is scanned and stored in the specified
memory box.

Using a Memory Box

On the Special Features screen, press [Memory Inbox].
Press the memory box number you want to use.
Press [ ] or [ ] if the memory box you want to select is not displayed.
