Group Dialing

Group Dialing enables you to register several telephone numbers for One-Touch Speed Dialing
or for Coded Speed Dialing so you can dial a large group of numbers by pressing a One-Touch
Speed Dialing key, or by pressing [Coded Dialing], followed by a three digit code. Telephone
numbers already registered for One-Touch or Coded Speed Dialing can be registered as
members of the group.
Follow this procedure to register a group of telephone numbers for Group Dialing.
NOTE
• You can store up to 199 One-Touch Speed Dialing and Coded Speed Dialing destinations in a single
Group Dialing setting.
• To store destinations in a Group Dialing setting, you must first store them as One-Touch Speed Dialing
or Coded Speed Dialing destinations.
• If you want to send documents at a set time each day, you can also specify the send time.
