Batch Sending Memory Box

The Batch Sending Memory Box is used to send nonurgent documents to specific destinations
at specified times each day.
Since the machine can send several documents at once, this reduces the time it takes to send
the documents and so reduces transmission costs. You can reduce costs even further by setting
the machine to transmit during a time period with low telephone rates.
