Processing Received Documents

When the Machine receives Fax documents, they are processed as shown below:

*1 If you set a Relay Start Time for a Relay Memory Box, documents received in the Relay Memory Box are stored in the box until that time.
During this time, you can erase or print the documents. If you print the documents, they are erased.
*2 If you set Print RX Document in Forwarding Settings in System Settings (from the Additional Functions screen) to 'On', forwarded documents
are printed or stored in the System Box.
*3 Documents stored in the System Box are displayed on the RX Job Status screen. You can erase, forward, or check the details of the received
documents from the RX Job Status screen.
*4 Documents stored in the System Box are stored in memory until you unlock the memory with a password and print them.
*5 If you set a reception password in Communications Settings in System Settings (from the Additional Functions screen), documents that do
not have a subaddress set or RX password attached are not received.
*6 Documents which match the reception password are handled in the same way as if no subaddress or password is set.
*7 If the subaddress and password specified by the remote machine do not match the Relay Memory Box, Confidential Memory Box, and the
reception password setting, documents are not received.
*8 If documents are received while paper is jammed, or paper or toner has run out, they are printed after the paper jam is cleared, paper is
loaded, or toner is added.
