(On for 0.1 sec. and then off for 0.1 sec.)
3: Three types of blink are available:
Blink 1 is a fast blink that goes on and then off for 0.3 second each
Blink 2 goes on and then off for 0.6 second each
Blink 3 is a slow blink that goes on for 0.6 second and then off for 2.4 seconds.
