A unit's security settings need to be updated if a Multi SA adds, changes or removes:
Alarm stations. See

After updating the security of a Multi-Media unit, care should be taken to make a record of
the system password. The system password is needed if you need to make a new site
definition for the Multi-Media unit. See

may find it useful to download a copy of a unit's System Log or other system file, as needed.
Downloads of files from a Multi-Media unit are safer than uploading files. Uploads should
be performed by trained personnel.
