Flex the sheets back and forth to loosen them, and then fan them. Do not fold or crease the paper. Straighten the
edges on a level surface.

Reload paper into the multipurpose feeder.

Slide the paper guide until it lightly rests against the edge of the paper.

To clear the message and continue printing, select Next >
250 paper jams

250.02 The input sensor detected a late feed during
a pick retry from the MPF media tray
250.06 The media is late reaching the sensor (input)
within the specified time from the MPF media
