The following rules are used by your Global Directory server to provide your
Directory with the correct numbers to dial any site that is registered with your
Global Directory:

Lists the prefix to use for calls to specific area codes.
For example, you may need to dial 9 before numbers with the
800 area code.
Specifies that calls to sites in the same area code must include
the area code.
Specifies that calls to systems in the United States must include
a "1" before the area code.
