SETTINGS YOU CAN CHANGE WITH THE USER TOOLS
A Press the [Add] key.
B Enter a user code (8 digits maximum) with the {Number} keys, then
press the {#} key.
A Press the [Change] key.
B Enter the user code you want to change with the {Number} keys, then
press the {#} key.
C Press the [Yes] key in response to the confirmation message.
D Enter a new user code and press the {#} key.
A Press the [Delete] key.
B Enter the user code you want to delete with the {Number} keys, then
press the {#} key.
C Press the [Yes] key in response to the confirmation message.
Shows the counter for a user code.
A If an access code is defined, enter the access code with the {Number}
keys and press the {#} key.
B Press [Check/Reset Copy Count] key.
C Enter a user code with the {Number} keys, then press the {#} key.
D To confirm, press the [Confirm] key. To clear the counter, select the
corresponding user code and press the [Reset] key, and press the [Yes]
key in response to the confirmation message.
Resets the counter to zero for all user codes.
A If an access code is defined, enter the access code with the {Number}
keys and press the {#} key.
B Press [Reset Data for User Codes] key.
C Press the [Reset] key.
D Press the [Yes] key in response to the confirmation message.
Deletes all user codes and counters.
A If an access code is defined, enter the access code with the {Number}

Sets the maximum number of copies that can be produced (1-999).
