Configuration
• If you un-check Enable DHCP, configure the IPv4 Address, IPv4 Subnet Mask, IPv4 Default
Gateway, and Preferred DNS Server, and Alternate DNS Server.

Click Apply to save changes. The IP address information will be updated immediately.
Right-click repeatedly to return to live view.
NOTE: If you have completed router port forwarding, you will need to re-configure your router
to forward the newly selected IP address.

Configuring Email Alerts

You can configure the NVR to send you email alerts when an event occurs (for example,
motion detection or video loss).
To configure email alerts:

Right-click and then click Menu.

Enter the system user name (default: admin) and password (default: 000000) and click Yes.

Click Configuration>Network>Email.

Configure the following:
• Email: Select Default (recommended) to use Lorex's default email server. 
OR (Advanced): Select Enable to use a custom email server. Configure the SMTP Server
address, SMTP Port, and Enable SSL according to the server's settings.
