Cleaning the printer head nozzles (via Minoltafax 1400)

Clean the printer head nozzles if the print-out is no longer of optimum
quality.

Press the [MENU] key 9 times.
Confirm your choice by pressing the
[SET] key.
2 Press the [SET] key.
A test page will be printed out.
Compare the thin lines above and

below the black strip.
? Are the line continuous?
If yes, the printer head nozzles
are clean.
➜ The cleaning procedure
is complete.
? Are the lines interrupted?
If yes, the printer head nozzles
are blocked.
➜ Repeat the cleaning procedure.
4 only if the test page is not
properly printed after the third
time
Replace the ink cartridge and
repeat the cleaning procedure.
