Your picture is blurry or out of focus.
Make sure that your subject is within the camera's
effective range. While the sensitivity is set to
standard, make sure that you are at least 50
centimeters away from the subject when taking a
picture without the flash. When you use the
built-in flash, make sure that you are within the
effective flash range of 50 to 420 centimeters for a
wide-angle shot, and 50 to 340 centimeters for a
telephoto shot. When using the macro feature,
you can position the camera 20 to 50 centimeters
away from the subject when using the flash, or 6
to 50 centimeters when not using the flash.
Observe the following:
Make sure that the subject is not moving.
Hold the camera steady while the image is
being captured.
Make sure that your flash is not set to

When you take photos using the viewfinder,
center your subject in the cross-hairs.
