Loading media trays

Loading paper

Push down on the
PAPER

Fan the paper.

Place paper in the tray under the hooks. The side to be printed is always
face-down in the tray.
Loading letterhead paper
a.
Load letterhead paper with the side to be printed face-down.
b.
Place the top of the page under the hooks.

Load up to 250 sheets of paper, depending on thickness. The label on the
inside of the tray is a reference for media level.

Insert the tray into any of the three slots on the printer.
PAPER
tray's metal plate until it clicks, locking it in place.
