1 Does the cable overlap on the
cable pulley while the scanner is
moving? Is the cable too loose or
too tight?
2 Is the scanner rail soiled? Is
foreign matter found on the
scanner rail?
3 Is the gear of the scanner drive
assembly chipped?
4 Is the problem noted at intervals
of about 9.4 cm?
5 Is the problem noted at intervals
of about 4.2 cm?
