If necessary, turn the green knob in
the direction indicated by the arrow to
free the sheet.
If you cannot see the jammed sheet,
lift the lever in the central part of the
body of the machine.
Paper jam while using the stack bypass
If paper gets jammed while you are
using the stack bypass, start by re-
moving the paper in the stack bypass
and any paper jammed just inside the
machine.
Remove the jammed sheet taking
care not to tear it.
Remove the jammed sheet, taking
care not to tear it.
Having found the sheet, pull it out
gently.
Close the stack bypass and open the
panel just below it on the right-hand
side of the photocopier.
Close the door until it locks into posi-
tion.
If the sheet is jammed in the top part of
the body of the machine, remove it by
pulling it gently downwards.
Lower the top part of the photocopier
until it locks into position.
Pull the panel marked in green
forwards.
If the paper out/jam indicator (B27)
no longer indicates a jam, close the
front panel (A3).
