When the paper in the selected cassette runs out, the paper out icon
panel, and the cassette in which there is no paper left is indicated on the paper out/jam indicator (B27).
The same indication is also given when the cassette is not correctly inserted.
If the indication is given before you have finished copying, load the paper and press the START key (B38) a
second time. The photocopier will print the remaining copies.
Loading paper into the cassettes
Grip the handle in the recess on the
front part of the cassette and pull it out
as far as it will go.

If you want to load paper of a different size into a cassette, remember to adjust the position of the paper
guides inside the cassette (
Adapting the cassettes to a different paper size
If you want to change the size of paper in a cassette, proceed as described below.
The cassettes can be adapted to the following standard paper sizes: A3, A4, A4R, A5, A5R. Use the stack bypass
for other paper sizes (
Length guide
Having removed the cassette, press
the lever on the guide used to regula-
te the length. Holding it pressed, slide
the guide to the mark corresponding
to the desired paper size.

Open a pack of copy paper and take
out a stack of paper.

sponding to the desired paper size.
Turn the stack over and place it in the
