Enables you to set the exposure of the copies manually (darker
copies)
Enables you to make copies on both sides of the sheet f rom a
two-sided original or from a book; you can also make copies onto
one side from the two sides of the original.
Selects a preset copy ratio (reduction)
Selects direct copy ratio (1 : 1 – 100%)
Selects a preset copy ratio (enlargement)
Indicates the cassette in which the paper has run out or the area
in which a jam has occurred
Selects the individual cassettes, the stack bypass or automatic
size selection
Indicate the paper size selected
Enables the copy ratio to be selected automatically
Provides access to zoom mode (in reduction)
Provides access to zoom mode (in enlargement)
Indicates the selected copy ratio on the display
Restores the standard copy settings

Enables you to disactivate the photocopier if it has not been used
for a certain time. If the photocopier has not been used for the
preset time then it will automatically go into the Energy Saving
Mode.
Enables you to switch the photocopier ON and OFF.
Starts copying
Resets the number of copies to 1 or deletes a value entered by
mistake
Enables you to set the number of copies and other numeric
values
Temporarily interrupts copying so that urgent copies can be
made
