Replacing a Cassette

To replace a cassette, proceed as follows.

Grip the handle on the cassette and

pull it out as far as it will go.

When the toner runs out, the toner out icon

cartridge and follow the procedure described below.

Open the front panel.

Push the new cartridge in gently until

it locks into position.

Lift the cassette with both hands and

pull it slowly out of the photocopier.

(B11) starts to blink on the control panel. Take a new toner

Keep the empty cartridge lever pres-

sed, turn it clockwise until it reaches a

horizontal position. Pull out the empty

cartridge.

Seal tab

Take hold of the orange seal tab and

pull it out completely.

Push the new cassette into the photo-

copier until it locks into position.

Pick up the new cartridge and holding

it horizontally, shake it gently so as to

distribute the toner evenly inside it.

Turn the cartridge handle anti-

clockwise until it locks into position.

Make sure that it is firmly in position to

prevent leaks.

Close the front panel again.
