To change the Print Manager priority

From the Options menu, select Background Printing.

In the Printing Priority group box, choose one of the following options:
Option Result
Low Give Print Manager less processing time, slowing
printing so other applications can run faster.
Normal Give Print Manager and other applications equal
processing time.
High Give Print Manager more processing time, speeding
printing but causing other applications to run
slower.

Click on the OK button.

Installing and Configuring a Printer

You can use Print Manager to install and configure other printers- but only
Windows Printing system printers. For information about installing and configuring
other printers, open Print Manager's online Help by pressing the F1 key or by
selecting a command from the Help menu.
Print Manager Help provides information about Print Manager only.
To get online Help for the Windows Printing System, select Help from
NOTE
the Printer Status Window.
