Even though your application offers collating, use the collating option in the Setup
dialog box.
The Windows Printing System will print and collate faster because it needs to send
each page to the printer only once.
Your hard disk must have enough free space for the Windows Printing
System to process and temporarily store the multiple collated copies
for printing.
NOTE
If it doesn't, a dialog box will open where you can choose to cancel the
print job, open File Manager to free up disk space, or print a single
collated copy.

Image Orientation

Orientation determines how the Windows Printing System positions the image of
your document on the paper or envelope when it prints.
There are two options:
Portrait (tall) is the orientation used for most correspondence and publications.
This book, for example, has a portrait orientation because its height exceeds its
width.
Landscape (wide) is popular for spreadsheets, envelopes, transparencies, and
projects requiring a horizontal layout.

Paper Source

The Paper Source box in the Setup dialog box shows a picture of the printer
currently in use. A message below the picture tells you whether the source holds
the specified size of paper or, if Manual Feed is specified, which paper size to load.
Select a source from the Paper Source list, or click the printer picture.
The pointer turns into a hand as you move the mouse across the printer, indicating
that you can click the graphic to select a paper source.
The Paper Source list changes to show the selected source.
To select the Paper Cassette, click on it.
To specify Manual Feed, click the front of the printer anywhere above the Paper
Cassette.
