Printer Setup

This chapter explains the options in the three dialog boxes of the
Windows Printing System:
The Setup dialog box, which has settings for copies, page orientation,
paper size/source/and type, and buttons for opening other dialog boxes.
The Options dialog box, with settings for separator pages and scaling.
The Graphics dialog box, offering settings for changing the resolution of text
and graphics, adjusting graphics brightness and contrast, and halftoning
grayscale graphics.
As you use these dialog boxes, keep in mind that you can always get online Help by
selecting the Help button.
Accessing the Printer Setup Dialog Boxes

From WPS group window

When using the WPS, you will always start with the WPS group window.
From here you can access the Printer Setup dialog box by double-clicking the
Printer Setup icon.
From any Windows-based Application

Open the application File menu.

Choose Printer Setup, Print Setup or Print command, as applicable.

In the Print Setup dialog box, choose Options to open the Windows Printing
System Setup dialog box.
