Device IP Address Enter the IP address of a LAN device in dotted decimal notation. For example,
Device Server Port Enter the port number for a service (for example, 80 for HTTP) on the LAN device.

DESCRIPTION
Specify the time interval (in minutes) between the ZyXEL Device's probes for
device availability.
This read-only field displays the index number of an entry.
Enter the name (up to 20 characters) of the LAN device for identification
purposes.
Enter a unique port number between 60001 and 60050 to map to the port number
in the Server Port field.

Enter the MAC address of the LAN device in hexadecimal notation in 6
hexadecimal pairs, for example, 0050BA8D2296.
Make sure you enter the correct MAC address.
Select an application type from the drop-down list box. Choose from TCP or UDP.
Only requests for the selected application type are forwarded to the specified
server port on the LAN device.
Select the ZyXEL Device's interface to which the LAN device is connected.
