Fax Format - select TIF, PDF or DCX. Note that the PDF files are image files and
are not searchable.
Fax Naming - The Fax Naming field allows you four options to specify the way
faxes are identified in the DropFax directory:
Serial Number - Job ID - Date
Serial Number - Job ID
Job ID - Date
Job ID
Delete the fax after drop it - selecting this option will delete the fax from the
incoming fax queue once it's been deposited in the DropFax directory.
