To create Corporate FaxPress Phone Books, follow these steps:
Creating a Group
To create a new phone book group, follow these steps:
1.
Log into your FaxPress server with Administrator privileges and select the
Administration folder view.
2.
Expand the Corporate Phone Books. Right-click on FaxPress Phone Books.
Select Add Group.
3.
The Add Group screen will be displayed. Group names can be used when sending
faxes to broadcast your fax to any number of recipients.
