Admin Guide > Configuring the Incoming/Outgoing Deny List
Example:
[Incoming CSI] Captaris
The [Incoming Options] section tells the FaxPress server how to handle blocked calls.
There are two options that can be used in this section: Reject Call and Route To User ID.
The Reject Call value can either be 0 or 1. With a value of '0', a blocked call is received
but an error code is generated; with a non-zero value, the call is terminated before the fax
is received and no error code is generated. The default value for Reject Call is '0'.
The Route To User ID value is assigned based on the user ID that blocked calls are to be
routed to. The default value for Route To User ID '0', which is the Administrator. Enter
the user ID of the FaxPress user you wish to route blocked calls to.
Example:
[Incoming Options] Reject Call=1 Route to User ID=0
Note: Not all of the fields need to be used for proper operation. They can be
mixed and matched to suit your incoming/outgoing deny list needs.
