This window provides fax details: status, date received, RTI (Remote Terminal ID),
number of pages, transmission time, resolution, compression scheme, baud rate,
recipient, and the incoming fax line.
Saving Transaction Logs
To save either the Received or Transmitted transaction logs, follow these steps:
1.
Right-click on the folder for either Transmitted Logs or Received Logs.
2.
From the context menu, select Save As. The Transaction Log dialog box will be
displayed.
3.
Define the date range and filters you want to employ for this log.
4.
Specify the file name and location where the records will be stored in the Save As
dialog box.
You can save your transaction logs as either text files or comma delimited files.
Printing Transaction Logs
To print the two types of Transaction Log lists, follow these steps:
1.
Right-click on the Received Logs or Transmitted Logs branch in the FaxPress
tree.
