Corporate Phone Books
Corporate phone books used by all your FaxPress users are created in this directory.
Corporate phone books can be either native or external phonebooks. Only the FaxPress
Administrator or a user with Operator privilege can edit the corporate phone book. Refer
to Contacts and Phone Books on page 233.
Fax Archive
Recycled Users
Similar to the Recycle Bin in Windows, users deleted from FaxPress or Active Directory end
up in the Recycled Users folder.
Users deleted through Active Directory will be shown by their GUID.
