Causes
Paper has been jammed in the
paper tray.

Solutions
Remove the jammed paper. See
page 336 "Removing Paper Jams".
Contact the network administrator.
Wait until the machine receives the IP
address information completely, and then
try the operation again.
Put down the handset phone or press the
[Clear/Stop] key.
Load paper to the indicated tray. See
page 44 "Loading Paper".
Turn off the power, and then turn it back
on.
Check the power source. If devices that
consume much electricity, such as halogen
heaters or electric heaters, are connected
to the same outlet as the machine, plug
them into separate outlets.
Prepare a new print cartridge.
Replace the print cartridge. See page 313
"Replacing the Print Cartridge".
If possible, contact the sender of the fax
and ask them to resend it.
Reconnect the Ethernet cable properly,
and then try the operation again.
